Celebrating 10 years of Keele university International Study Centre

Posted 10 June 2019

Keele University International Study Centre is proud to be celebrating its 10-year anniversary. Since September 2009, the International Study Centre has prepared more than 1000 students for UK university life. We look forward to welcoming many more international students in the years to come.

The Keele difference

Keele University International Study Centre offers three pathway programmes for international students, giving specialist English language and subject-specific tuition to build confidence and academic skills. Once students have completed their programme, they can progress to a degree course at Keele.

Now in its 70th year, Keele University is a welcoming new home for international students. Keele’s beautiful countryside campus is the biggest in the UK, and students enjoy a strong community atmosphere.

New opportunities

Vusal from Russia studied the International Year One in International Relations and Politics at Keele ISC in 2016/17. He is graduating with a BA (Hons) in International Relations and plans to continue at Keele University by studying a Master’s in Global Security. He said:

“The ISC gave me something I could never ask for - good friends, new opportunities and a chance to start all over again. I am grateful to absolutely everyone in the ISC for offering me an opportunity to continue my education in England and for the chance to meet such lovely people, who I now proudly call my friends.

This place has offered opportunities for so long and I wish it only to become better, stronger and bigger. I feel great about Keele’s 10-year anniversary and I wish it will continue producing experts and professionals in different fields of study.”
